    Adding a new affiliate link

    You add every product and partner from your own site admin. Nothing here asks you to learn a second system. This page is the whole process, start to finish, and it takes about two minutes per link once you have done it twice.

    The steps

      Open your store admin

      Sign in to your own site and go to Dashboard, then BB Finds. Everything below happens there. You never need a FrequencyOS login.

      Press Add product

      One entry per thing you want people to be able to buy or join, even when several come from the same partner.

      Paste the affiliate link

      Paste the exact link the partner gave you, tracking code and all. For Amazon, paste the product link and your Amazon tag is applied for you. For a direct partner like healthlighting.com/buildingblocks4life, paste that whole URL.

      Name it the way a parent would say it

      Plain language beats the manufacturer's listing title. Short is better than complete.

      Pick one category

      Use the four buckets below. If a partner gave you the link directly rather than through a marketplace, it belongs in Specialized Partners.

      Add the image

      Upload the partner's product photo or logo. Amazon products usually pull their own image. Direct partners almost never do, so if you have nothing usable, save it anyway and tell us. A placeholder is better than a wrong picture.

      Write one honest line

      Why you recommend it, in your voice. This is the part no one else can write for you.

      Save, then decide if it goes on the front page

      Saving publishes it to the store. The featured toggle controls whether it shows in the curated set on the front of the shop, and that stays your call.

    Supplements, body care, sleep, movement, recovery.

    Educational Resources

    Courses, books, programs, printables, memberships.

    Specialized Partners

    A named partner you have a direct relationship with, like HealthLighting or Fullscript.

    Add one entry per product you want to point people at. If the partner has a whole catalogue and you only want to send people to the front door, one entry is enough.

    What happens without you

    Your entry is live on your store as soon as you save it.

    It flows back into our catalogue within the week and is labelled as yours, so no one on our side ever overwrites what you wrote.

    A partner we have not seen before is registered automatically, with its link and tracking code, so future products from that partner are already recognised.

    Featured and published stay yours. We never flip them from our end.

    When a partner has no usable image

    Save the entry anyway so the link is live, then email us the partner name and whatever they gave you: a logo file, a product photo, a press kit link, or just the page the image sits on. We will drop it in and it will appear on your store without you touching the entry again. Please do not screenshot their website; those images come out blurry at full width.
