FrequencyOS quick start
Connect FrequencyOS to ChatGPT
Connect once. Then ask ChatGPT about your real tasks, content, and leads in plain English. No software download or API key required.
Before you start
Have your own FrequencyOS login ready. Set up your connection in ChatGPT on the web, using an account where you can add a custom MCP server. If your ChatGPT organization manages plugins, ask an administrator to install FrequencyOS for you.

https://iwyivfbiqftoulcigosa.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpThis is a public server address, not a password. Only your own FrequencyOS login grants access.
Six steps to connect
- 1
On a computer, open ChatGPT Plugins and sign in to ChatGPT.
- 2
Select +, then Add custom MCP server. You do not need Developer Mode.
- 3
Name it FrequencyOS, paste the server URL shown on this page, and choose OAuth if asked.
- 4
Read the connection warning, acknowledge it, then select Create as a plugin.
- 5
Install the resulting plugin. Sign in with your own FrequencyOS account and approve access.
- 6
Start a chat, type @FrequencyOS and choose the plugin. Ask it to list your workspaces and five open tasks.
Make sure it worked
Paste this question into a new chat with @FrequencyOS selected:
Using FrequencyOS, list my available workspaces. Then show my five most recent open tasks in my main workspace. Do not change anything.
You're connected when ChatGPT returns real workspaces and tasks that belong to your account. An OAuth approval message by itself doesn't complete this check.
What can I ask?
- “What tasks are still open in my workspace, and which are overdue?”
- “Which content drafts need review, and what posts are scheduled next?”
- “Show me my recent leads and the source of each one.”
- “Show my available video projects and what is saved for review.”
Need help?
- No Add custom MCP server option? Your ChatGPT plan or organization may restrict it. On Business plans, workspace owners and admins can create the connection. Other members can ask their admin to make FrequencyOS available.
- Approval succeeded but you see no workspaces? Make sure the plugin is installed, start a new chat, and choose @FrequencyOS. In ChatGPT web, try Work mode if it does not appear in the regular chat.
- Missing a workspace? Sign in with your own FrequencyOS account and ask your FrequencyOS administrator to check your membership.
- Can read but not change records? Agent writes are currently disabled for your workspace. ChatGPT cannot book meetings, send messages, or publish from this connection until those capabilities are separately approved and enabled.
HighLevel connects separately. You do not need it to connect FrequencyOS. Don't share your password or private login tokens in a chat.
