All of your connections live on one screen:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Integrations.
- Open All Integrations.
You will see a tile for each network. Connecting is the same pattern every time.
Connect each network
For each network you use:
- Find its tile, for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to that network in the popup and approve access.
- Pick the specific page or profile if you are asked to choose one.
A few notes per network:
- Facebook and Instagram connect together, so link Facebook first and choose the connected Instagram account.
- LinkedIn can connect a personal profile or a company page. Pick the one you post from.
- TikTok and Google Business Profile each follow the same Connect and approve flow.
What connecting unlocks
Linking your accounts does three useful things:
- Publishing. You can schedule and post to each connected network from the Social Planner instead of logging into each app.
- Messenger. Connecting Facebook and Instagram lets you read and reply to direct messages in your unified inbox.
- Lead Ads. If you run Facebook or Instagram lead forms, connecting brings those leads straight into your account.
Where your connections show up
Once connected, your networks appear as options in the Social Planner when you create a post. If a network is missing there, come back to All Integrations and confirm it still shows as connected, since some networks ask you to reauthorize every couple of months.
If a connection drops
Social networks sometimes expire access for security. If posting fails, return to All Integrations, click the affected network, and reconnect. It is the same quick sign in as the first time.
That is the whole job. Most people connect every network they use in just a few minutes.
