Most practices start there, get comfortable, then move into Presence ($97/mo), Platform ($297/mo), or Broadcast ($497/mo) when they're ready for the full system.

How long does it take to set up FrequencyOS?

Sandbox and Presence tier accounts are usable the same day you sign up. The Platform tier ($297/mo) includes a 30-day guided practice build with weekly calls, and most practices are fully migrated and publishing within 3-4 weeks. Broadcast adds ongoing 1:1 strategy on top of that.
