Days 1–2: Foundation
- Practice Profile complete
- Team members invited (front desk, associate practitioners)
- Brand colors + logo uploaded
Days 3–4: Intake
- One booking calendar live (start with new-patient consult)
- Intake form attached
- Confirmation + reminder workflow turned on
Days 5–6: Patients
- Existing patient list imported
- Welcome-back email drafted
- One Community group created (free or paid)
Day 7: Test
- Book yourself through your own funnel as if you were a new patient. Note every friction point. Fix the top 3.
