The goal of week one isn't to set everything up. It's to get one real outcome through the system — usually, a real patient booking themselves through your real calendar. Everything else can be built around that.

Days 1–2: Foundation

  • Practice Profile complete
  • Team members invited (front desk, associate practitioners)
  • Brand colors + logo uploaded

Days 3–4: Intake

  • One booking calendar live (start with new-patient consult)
  • Intake form attached
  • Confirmation + reminder workflow turned on

Days 5–6: Patients

  • Existing patient list imported
  • Welcome-back email drafted
  • One Community group created (free or paid)

Day 7: Test

  • Book yourself through your own funnel as if you were a new patient. Note every friction point. Fix the top 3.
