EcoFlow Electric — The Holistic Electrician's Practice Engine

A one-truck electrician now has the back office of a midsize firm — without the headcount. EcoFlow Electric reframes electrical work as part of a family's health and runs the whole mission-driven operation on FrequencyOS Platform: automations, booking calendars, safety-check reminders, and a contractor referral portal with payouts and tracking links.

EcoFlow Electric — The Holistic Electrician's Practice Engine

Most electricians stop at code. Shawn Palmer started EcoFlow Electric on a different premise — that the wiring, lighting, and electrical load inside a home are part of the family's health, not just its function. The harder question wasn't the positioning. It was how one founder with a single truck could deliver on it like a much bigger firm.

    The operator

EcoFlow is a one-truck, mission-driven electrical brand — not a generic trade shop. It came into our world through the network, as a friend of Stephanie Tornatore. The constraint is the one every small operator knows: the standards of a midsize firm, the headcount of one person. Inquiries from the site and referrals had no automated follow-up, scheduling ran on email back-and-forth, and there was no system to turn happy customers into the next ones.

    The bet

EcoFlow Electric calls it "promoting healthy homes." In practice that means treating an electrical system the way an integrative practitioner treats the body: looking at how clean wiring, lighting, and EMF load affect comfort, sleep, and long-term wellbeing. It is a real category shift — the holistic electrician — and it lands squarely with the wellness-minded families and integrative practitioners who already think about their home environment that way. A mission-driven positioning only works if the day-to-day operation can deliver on it consistently.

    The operating system underneath

EcoFlow runs on FrequencyOS, the operating system Resonance Agency builds for independent practices and trades. The Platform tier ($297/mo) handles the operational spine behind the brand:

    • Booking & service calendars — consultations and service calls scheduled with reminders, replacing email back-and-forth and reducing no-shows.
    • Automations — new inquiries get an immediate, branded response and a structured follow-up sequence, so no lead from the site or a referral goes cold.
    • Safety-check reminders — automated outreach to the legacy client list, keeping EcoFlow in front of past customers without manual work.
    • Referral & partner portal — a genuinely impressive contractor referral system with payouts and tracking links that makes the referral engine actually function. Most contractors would love to have it.

It is the same stack a number of integrative practices in this network use.

The point is not the software. The point is that a one-truck electrician now has the back office of a midsize firm — without the headcount.

    The pattern

That is the through-line in every story we tell. A specialist with a clear point of view, a real operating constraint (small team, scattered tools, leads slipping through the cracks), and one connected system underneath that gives them leverage they could not staff for. EcoFlow is the holistic electrician; the next one is a functional nutritionist, an acupuncturist, a health coach. Different category, same shape: the back office of a firm three times their size, run by one person who refuses to lower their standards.
