Steps to Cancel Location Subscriptions
Navigate to Billing

Click on Settings from your Agency account.

Click on the Billing tab.

Locate Reselling under Subscriptions.

For the particular reselling product, Click on the Show sub-accounts button.
Choose the Location

Click on the Three Dots under Actions column for the location you want to cancel the subscription for.

Click on the x Cancel Subscription button.
Choose when to Cancel

You’ll be prompted to select one of the following cancellation options:
-
Cancel at End of Billing Cycle – Subscription ends after the current billing period (no refunds).

Cancel Immediately – Subscription ends right away (no refunds or proration).

Select your desired option and click on the Proceed to cancellation button.
Review Location and Important Disclaimer

Review the Location Name and ID.

Review the Important Disclaimer.
-
Click on the Next button.
Share a Reason & Cancel
-
Select a reason for cancellation.
-
Confirm cancellation by typing DELETE in the box.

Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
